OHKZ, Successfully Concludes the 4th Academic Seminar

OPEN Healthcare Kazakhstan Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “OHKZ”) successfully held the ‘2024 4th Academic Seminar (Theme: 19g Innovation, AI Wearable ECG Mobicare! Opening New Horizons for Cardiovascular Treatment in Kazakhstan)’ on thursday, October 3rd, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, at the Intercontinental Hotel.

This seminar was aimed at cardiologists in the Almaty region, introducing the Mobicare service and sharing case studies of ECG examinations and domestic diagnoses using the system. A space for hands-on experience was also set up for attendees, with a total of 118 cardiologists participating and showing great interest.

During Session 1 of the academic seminar, △“Introduction to Mobicare and its Excellence and Differentiating Features” (led by OHKZ’s Medical Director Hee-Suk Min) was presented. In Session 2, △“Various Cardiac Arrhythmia Cases Discovered Using Mobicare, along with Specific Diagnosis and Treatment Methods” (presented by Dr. Tai-Ho Rho, former president of the Korean Society of Cardiology and director of Paul Internal Medicine Clinic) was discussed. Session 3 covered △“ The use of advanced technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart rhythm disorders” (led by Baimbetov AdilKudaibergenovich, Vice President of the Almaty Arrhythmia Society). After each session, there was a Q&A session that facilitated professional discussions on improving patient care services and ensuring accurate diagnoses.

Following this seminar, OHKZ will operate a Mobicare experience zone at the Central Asia EP Summit – CardioRhythm, which will be held in Astana on October 17th and 18th. Mobicare services will be introduced to medical professionals from all over Kazakhstan. Additionally, commercial services are planned to officially launch in Kazakhstan later this month.

OHKZ plans to continue hosting specialized medical seminars to contribute to the advancement of cardiology in Kazakhstan, further strengthening cooperation and technological exchange with local medical institutions.
