[Position] Vietnam Management Support

[Key Responsibilities]
1. Develop business strategies and prepare executive-level management reports
2. Conduct industry research and support new business development initiatives
3. Oversee key internal functions, including HR, finance, and planning
4. Manage partnerships and external relations with hospitals, academic societies, and investors
5. Handle regulatory and government-related affairs, including healthcare administrative procedures
6. Lead process improvement projects and support digital service transformation

[Qualifications]
1. Experience working in Vietnam (local work experience required)
2. Strong communication skills in Vietnamese or English
3. Proven experience in business planning based on performance and data analysis
4. Preferred Qualifications
5. Background in healthcare, medical services, or related industries
6. Experience leading projects and driving process improvements
7. Understanding of regulated industries or prior regulatory-related experience
8. Experience implementing or operating digital tools and business systems
