[Key Responsibilities]
1. Overall management support for the Kazakhstan subsidiary
2. Budget planning and management, reporting to senior management
3. Accounting and tax management, coordination with external auditors
4. Operation of HR systems and organizational management
5. Review and management of legal contracts
6. Coordination and reporting with relevant departments at headquarters
[Qualifications]
1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in management support, administration, or corporate management
2. Proficiency in Russian sufficient for practical business communication
3. Prior experience working at an overseas subsidiary
[Preferred Qualifications]
1. Work experience in the CIS region or participation in related projects
2. Understanding of and experience complying with local regulations (finance, labor, commercial law, etc.)
3. Experience in overseas expansion projects, including establishment and operation of new subsidiaries
4. Experience in the medical systems or healthcare industry
