Positions: B2C Diagnostics Business Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. B2C Business Operations
- Lead and oversee B2C diagnostic testing services across three countries
- Establish and operate service processes in collaboration with local subsidiaries in each market
- Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs reflecting local regulations and consumer environments
2. Business Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze KPIs by country, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer feedback
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports
3. Service Quality & Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across specimen shipment, collection, and result delivery
- Propose and execute initiatives to enhance customer experience (CX)
4. Global Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the central communication hub between HQ and local subsidiaries
- Manage projects related to new service launches, local issue resolution, and regulatory reviews
Required Qualifications
1. Approximately 8–15 years of relevant experience, with proven B2C service operations experience
2. Experience managing multi-country business operations and performance
3. Strong capabilities in preparing reports and presentation materials (PowerPoint)
4. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
5. Fluency in English, with the ability to write documents and participate in meetings
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or the wellness industry
2. Experience operating e-commerce platforms such as Shopee or Amazon
3. Proficiency in Russian or Vietnamese
4. Ability to undertake long-term overseas business trips (approximately 3–6 weeks per trip)
5. Proven experience leading customer-centric operational improvement projects
