Position: Global Healthcare Business Planning & Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Support global communication and operational coordination between overseas subsidiaries and partner medical institutions
2. Plan and manage strategic partnerships and collaboration networks with domestic and international medical institutions, organizations, and associations
3. Plan and execute international events held in Korea, including overseas promotional activities, international medical briefings, and conference or exhibition booths
4. Manage regulatory and administrative processes related to international patient services, including visas, interpretation, and accommodation
4. Prepare, translate, research, plan, and support documentation related to global projects and campaigns
5. Provide additional business planning and operational support for the Medical Planning Department
Required Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international cooperation, global business, healthcare, or related fields
2. Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
3. Ability to communicate and collaborate with overseas partners and travel internationally for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in English or Russian for professional business communication
2. Experience working with international patient centers at medical institutions or managing overseas subsidiaries
3. Experience in international patient acquisition and related administrative processes (e.g., visas, accommodation, interpretation)
4. Academic background in healthcare, medicine, or related fields
5. Completion of a Medical Tourism Coordinator certification or training program
6. Experience in marketing, communications, research, or project management
7. Experience participating in government-funded healthcare or bio-industry support programs (e.g., KHIDI or similar organizations)
