Position: Global E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage global e-commerce operations and drive revenue growth to expand the market for the company’s diagnostic test kits
2. Operate and optimize sales channels including Amazon, Shopee, and the company’s own online store
3. Enhance brand awareness through SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and collaboration with influencers and external partners
4. Analyze global e-commerce market trends based on data and develop global business strategies

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher
2. 5–10 years of experience in global e-commerce marketing
3. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in Korea or overseas
4. No restrictions on overseas business travel
5. Proficiency in English for professional communication, meeting one of the following criteria:
6. TOEIC test score of 900 or above and OPIc test score IH or above, or at least one year of work experience or a degree obtained in an English-speaking country
7. Proficiency in MS Office
8. Hands-on experience managing Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
9. Experience launching products and managing channels using global e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Amazon FBA, and Shopify
10. Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications
1. Practical experience in digital marketing planning, including social media, or global e-commerce merchandising (MD)
2. Professional understanding of SEO and content marketing
3. Data analysis skills with a performance-driven decision-making approach
4. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or FMCG (consumer goods) industries
